Consol had not produced a brand TV commercial in years and wanted to remind the consumer about the superiority of their glass packaging. Glass is pure, it’s inert on the environment and anything kept in glass stays fresher, colder and tastes better.
So I wrote a very human story which showed why only glass could be the hero of it. The commercial was voted South Africa’s number 1 ad of 2017 for Q1 in the Kantar Millward Brown Best Liked Ads survey. We also created outdoor for the campaign, reminding people to choose glass for all their beverages, spreads and condiments.
